MaxBet is investing in Serbia-based El Dorado Slot Clubs.
Bargame AD, a CT Gaming subsidiary, will sell its stake to MaxBet. All parties expect authorities will approve the deal in the first quarter of the new year.

MaxBet CEO Darko Živanov appreciated the chance to expand the company’s Serbian reach with a major brand. He praised El Dorado Slot Clubs’ contribution to the company’s expanding game collection. Živanov added:

The executive said MaxBet will keep expanding in Serbia and the region. Since 1997, the company has been expanding into specialized Balkan and international markets.
It is expanding in North Macedonia and Montenegro. The corporation can now expand its presence in Serbia through El Dorado Slot Clubs. Clubs have gambling machines and table games.
